The photographer, Fred Tsui, received his
B.A. degree from the world-renowned Brooks
Institute,
School of Photographic Art, in 1995. Fred's
work has been chosen for the cover of the
school's
catalog and was displayed in Professional Photo
Expo of 1995 as one of the best student works
of the school in Pasadena Conventional Center,
California.
